ACIC Identity Document Requirements

Applicants must provide four Identity documents to complete the ACIC Standard Identity Check.

Each document can only be used once.

The combination of documents must include

A photo Identity document.
Your full name and date of birth.
Colour images of the original current documents.

Secondary Use In The Community Documents

Secondary documents must include the whole first name and not an abbreviation. (eg. "Mary Smith" and not "M Smith")
Where there is no expiry date present, secondary documents must be no older than 12 months.
